Oshko Technology Inc. warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years for original packages, from the original Invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page.

After that period, items are often covered by lifetime* support promise, but will vary depending on the product in question.

Oshko Technology Inc. provides warranty against assembly defect for 14 days from original invoice date. Original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software and manuals must be present and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Desktop PC with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be denied warranty service or exchange.

GOVERNMENT & BUSINESS Desktop PC purchases made with government or business POs can be returned typically within fourteen (14) days from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software and manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Desktop PC with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be denied returns. Please check with your B2B sales representative for specific terms and details.

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please send a message (but not later than 14 days from purchase for DOA items) to Technical Support for troubleshooting or request a RMA by contacting us. In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, Oshko Technologies Inc. will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.

To return a product you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Oshko Technologies Inc. is covering all express shipping charges necessary in returning the product to us. Repaired RMA items will be shipped with express shipping and Oshko Technology Inc. Covers the shipping cost in the eligible areas.

Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Oshko Technologies Inc. cannot honor warranty for any internal damage once the warranty seal sticker has been removed. Shall you need to open the product you purchased from Oshko Technology Inc.  for any reason, please contact us at vipservice@oshkotech.com first. Under certain circumstances, you might be authorized to open your Oshko Advanced Gaming Station without voiding your warranty. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
